Fast-forward 14 years and we’ve rebranded as Sand & Stone Escapes, expanding our portfolio across the whole country, with particular specialisation in the Cotswolds. Much of our team is local, with extensive knowledge of the area.

COMPETITIVE COMMISSION

Our generous commission structure means you keep more of your rental income while still benefiting from a premium marketing service, professional support and expert advice. We focus on delivering genuine value rather than simply charging higher fees. We charge 18% commission for exclusive properties and 20% for non-exclusive properties.

HOW WE WORK

Commission is taken upon each guest payment. Owner funds are distributed at the end of the month and we produce a monthly statement to summarise these payments. We work hand in hand with each house manager, keeping them informed of all bookings, amendments and important housekeeping details, and we manage all the bookings, payments, and guests communications. We offer unlimited owner bookings for all our escape owners, their families, and their friends, and we work with our owners to agree realistic expectations and set sales targets accordingly.

We want our properties to stand out from the crowd, and are dedicated to implementing the highest standards in photography, PR, advertising and social media to ensure each property gets seen by the right prospective guests. Our carefully curated collection allows us the time to approach each property with a tailored marketing strategy.

We commission and create top-quality photography and film content to accurately capture the soul and character of each unique hideaway, taking extra care to style our properties for shoots. Our brilliant PR agency works to secure coverage in a range of top publications, from The Times to Condé Nast Traveller. They also connect us with relevant influencers and content creators, with the aim of inspiring their likeminded followers. Our organic social and content strategy consistently showcases the value and experience of staying in each property, keeping our audience engaged so we’re at the front of their minds when it’s time to book.
