Sales & Operations Role | Part Time

Sand & Stone Escapes is looking to grow our team, across sales and operations. The role predominantly deals with the day-to-day running of Sand & Stone Escapes but also with our sister companies, Indigo Rock and The Peligoni Club where needed. We are looking to fill a part time role, from morning to early afternoon, 4/5 times per week.

The right candidate would have to work independently, as well as with the various other departments to ensure the smooth running of the businesses.  The role would be from our Kingham office but working from home would also be possible here and there.

Job Role

The job role consists of but is not limited to the following activities listed below:

    • Answering day to day enquiries for Sand & Stone Escapes and managing the inbox.


    • Managing guest bookings, ensuring payments and bookings are up-to-date and they have received the right correspondence.


    • Liaising with property management teams.


    • Overseeing and managing the booking system.


    • Working on pricing and availability via the booking system, enabling short stays in calendar gaps and liaising with owners to adjust price where neccessary.


    • Working with the marketing team to promote key dates via social media.


    • Similar work will be required for Indigo Rock for our sister company, especially managing the availability and pricing.


    • Management of bookings and working with the Peligoni Admin team to ensure the bookings are expected.


    • Dealing with guest requests and ensuring the team in Greece are made aware.


    • Helping out with The Peligoni Club admin when needed.


    • Office manager duties: check the supplies of stationary needed and order as appropriate, helping out with team birthdays and social events.
Hours: 4-5 each day

Days: 4/5 per week

Salary: Dependent on hours and experience
