Sand & Stone jewel, Jasmine House, sits at the heart of the quintessential Oxfordshire village of Kingham – home to two sought-after country pubs and only a stone’s throw all your classic Cotswolds hangouts. Overlooking the peaceful village green and surrounded by rolling bucolic British countryside, Jasmine House has been lovingly renovated into a fabulous family home sleeping up to six adults and a baby or toddler.
Ground Floor
The interiors at Jasmine House fuse contemporary style and magazine-worthy design details with a traditional, rustic-chic framework – expect exposed brick walls, original wooden beams and flagstone floors.
The open-plan kitchen and dining space centres around the feature log burner and overlooks the garden through the industrial-style crittall doors. There’s a separate cosy living room with an L-shaped sofa and open fire, ideal for hunkering down in winter nights with a film or a board game, plus a playroom tucked away behind a sliding door for little ones. You’ll also find a laundry room and downstairs loo on this floor.
Upstairs
On the first floor you’ll find two unique super-king size bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath and shower), and a children’s nursery-style bedroom with a cot that can be set up as a toddler bed if required. On the second floor there’s another children’s bedroom with adult-size twin beds, a magical nursery with a teepee, and a family bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
Outside
Outside, you’ll find a gravelled patio dining area with a BBQ, a comfy outdoor sofa set up, and a lawned garden with a trampoline (great for keeping little sprogs entertained).

This property welcomes children of all ages.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome at Jasmine House for an additional fee of £40 per dog. We kindly ask that dogs do not go upstairs or on any of the furniture.
