Rodden Manor

Sleeps 12
6 Bedrooms
From £618 per night

Overview

A wonderfully unique meeting of traditional character and eclectic design, Rodden Manor is a truly one-of-a-kind escape. Hidden in the Somerset countryside, surrounded by lush green fields in every direction, the sprawling property has its own games lawn, babbling brook, outdoor seating areas, and a wellness corner complete with an infrared sauna, hot tub and cold plunge bath. All the ingredients for a truly wholesome retreat.

Kitchen, Living & Dining Areas

Rodden Manor’s interiors are just as carefully considered as its beautiful gardens, with every corner primed for comfort. Sink into the large sofas in the 17th-century drawing room, hide out in the snug, or relax in the modern oak-timbered sun room. The kitchen is kitted out with a Miele oven and Aga, and the dining room – the oldest spot in the house – is set up for large group feasts.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are five bedrooms in the main house, two super-kings, two kings, and one twin. There is also an additional super-king bedroom in the separate annexe. Each one is cosy, characterful, and comfortable, with a mixture of shared and private bathrooms.

Outside

Outside you’ll find greenery as far as the eye can see. Cross the stream via the charming wooden bridge (or jump in for a dip), head to the sauna shed and follow up with a brisk spell in the ice bath, or seek out one of the many seating areas dotted around the vicinity. Another footbridge takes you to the wood-fired hot tub and annexe, sleeping two additional guests and home to its own cinema room

Welcome Hamper

A welcome hamper filled with eggs, local honey, milk, butter, sourdough bread, local apple juice, wine and cider will be waiting for you on arrival.

Dogs

Up to 2 dogs are welcome at Rodden Manor for an additional fee of £50 per dog.
