Overview
White Rock is a stylish, single-level hideaway sitting above the beautiful Fowey Estuary, with wide sweeping views over the water, passing boats and the pretty fishing village of Polruan. The property has been painstakingly renovated by the owners using local craftsmen, adding individual, unique design pieces to create a really memorable place to stay.
Kitchen & Living Room
The apartment has an open-plan living area and kitchen with amazing direct views onto the Estuary. There is a private balcony with seating area, a perfect place to enjoy sundowners looking at the water in front. The cosy living space has a gas log burner for those chillier nights, and the dining area, seating six, is perfect for home-cooked feasts for a family or group of friends.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, designed to a high specification making cooking away from home an enjoyable task.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The main bedroom features a super-king bed, en-suite bathroom with large oval bath and separate walk-in waterfall shower. Stunning design features have also been handpicked to enhance the room. Equally as striking, the second bedroom is also a super-king with twin option and has a separate bathroom next door with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is a smaller twin cabin – designed for children or for the more adventurous traveller in mind. Located in the middle of the apartment, this cosy room shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. It can be doubled up as an extra TV room if only four guests are staying, so very versatile if not needed as a bedroom.
Dogs
White Rock is happy to accept one large, or two small dogs for a fee of £50 per dog. We kindly ask that dogs are never left unattended, and do not go on any furniture or beds.
Welcome Hamper
A welcome hamper filled with local goodies will be waiting for you on arrival including milk, butter, jam, sourdough and a bottle of wine.

The Surroundings
Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on Cornwall’s southeast coast, Fowey is the kind of harbour town that’s easy to fall for. Perched on the banks of the Fowey Estuary, with boats bobbing on the water and colourful houses tumbling down its winding lanes, it feels wonderfully historic, charming and just a little removed from the Cornish crowds.
Meander through the pretty lanes before following the esplanade to Readymoney Cove, a small, sheltered stretch of sand perfect for paddling, shell collecting and castle building. Back in town, catch the ferry across the estuary, watch boats come and go from the natural harbour, or settle somewhere for a leisurely lunch and an ice cream.
