Living, Kitchen & Dining Areas

A solid oak door opens onto the ground floor, where the dining and living areas sit alongside a chic, well-equipped kitchen. The adjoining dining room pairs exposed beams with an original brick fireplace, while the living room, with comfortable sofas and woollen blankets, is made for lazy afternoons, family board games and pre-dinner drinks.

For cosy nights in, the cinema room comes complete with a 75-inch Sony Cinema TV and surround sound – perfect for settling in with a film.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms 

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and rainfall shower. The second has a super-king bed that can be made up as a twin on request, while the third is a single with an additional fold-out bed available on request. You’ll also find a shared bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower on this floor.

Outside

Two pretty English gardens sit at the front and back of Lemons Cottage. Fire up the charcoal BBQ for supper on the front patio, help yourself to figs and fresh rosemary from the garden, or enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea outside while keeping an eye out for visiting birds, bees and the odd bunny.

At the end of the front garden, there’s a village playground and outdoor tennis court, both with lovely views across the Devon countryside.

Dogs

Lemons Cottage is happy to accept up to two dogs for a fee of £40 per dog. We kindly ask that dogs are never left unattended, and do not go on any furniture or upstairs.

Welcome Hamper

A welcome hamper filled with local goodies will be waiting for you on arrival including milk, butter, eggs, a fresh loaf and a bottle of sparkling wine.
