Bull Pen retains plenty of its original character, from honey-coloured Cotswold stone and ancient beams to exposed iron girders. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining areas with light, making the space wonderfully sociable. Rustic earthenware pots, old agricultural tools and statement pendant lights add to its distinctive character.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Two of the twin/super-king bedrooms overlook the glorious courtyard garden, each with its own en-suite – one with a bath, the other with a shower.

The main bedroom is a super-king, paired with a bathroom you may struggle to leave. Smooth white marble sits against exposed stone, framing both the freestanding bath and separate shower. Thoughtful design and beautiful materials give this space a wonderfully luxurious feel.

Outside

The beautifully presented courtyard garden offers an inviting alfresco dining set up. Overlooking the lawned garden, it’s the perfect sun trap for balmy afternoons.

Dogs

Bull Pen is happy to accept up to two dogs for a fee of £50 per dog. We kindly ask that dogs are never left unattended, and do not go on any of the furniture or in bedrooms.
