Overview
A fairytale thatched cottage with a wraparound garden, nestled in Chipping Campden – the jewel in the Cotswolds’ crown. Perfect for couples or a small group of friends, Little Stoop offers a cosy countryside escape with walking routes, welcoming pubs and independent shops right on the doorstep.
Little Stoop has a minimum stay of two nights. However, if there’s a one-night gap between bookings, single-night stays may be available.
Kitchen, Living & Dining Areas
Flagstone floors, original wooden beams and a palette of warm, neutral tones create an immediate sense of rustic charm as you step inside Little Stoop. Lovingly restored throughout using raw materials, many reclaimed from the cottage itself, the thoughtfully curated interiors celebrate its unique character while introducing every modern comfort.
The inviting open-plan living space centres around a striking double-sided fireplace, enclosed in glass and built into the dividing wall, allowing the fire to be enjoyed from both the sitting room and the kitchen. Compact but perfectly formed, the kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a cream EverHot oven for rustling up everything from leisurely breakfasts to late-night suppers, best enjoyed around the farmhouse dining table.
The Bedrooms & Bathroom
Upstairs, you’ll find two charming bedrooms with wooden floors and vaulted ceilings. The spacious main bedroom features a king-size bed, hanging bedside pendant lights and an original fireplace. The smaller second bedroom is ideal for one guest but can snugly accommodate two – we love the chocolate velvet cushions and the gingerbread geometric quilt. The family bathroom is finished with elegant brass fittings, a marble basin and a rainfall shower.
Outside
The private garden wraps around the entire cottage, bordered by a perfectly pruned hedgerow and filled with seasonal blooms. An idyllic outdoor dining area invites long, leisurely lunches on balmy days, while in the summer months, pink roses climb the cottage walls in full bloom.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed at Little Stoop.
