Kitchen, Living & Dining Areas

At the heart of the house is a spacious kitchen and dining room with everything you need for relaxed meals together, centred around a table seating up to 10 guests. A separate utility room sits just beyond, while the generous sitting room offers comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV for slow evenings spent indoors.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Four bedrooms provide space for up to 10 guests. Upstairs, three en-suite bedrooms can be set up as either twin or super-king rooms, while one also includes bunk beds for an extra two guests. Downstairs, the characterful fourth bedroom features a four-poster super-king bed, wood-burning stove, in-room roll-top bath and en-suite WC.

Outside

The private lawned garden is made for relaxed days outdoors, with a dining area, seating and charcoal BBQ for meals in the open air. A Swedish-style wooden hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the quiet of the surrounding countryside.

Dogs

The Thatched House is happy to accept up to two dogs for a fee of £50 per dog. We kindly ask that dogs are do not go on any of the furniture, upstairs, or in any of the bedrooms.

Welcome Hamper

A welcome hamper filled with local goodies will be waiting for you on arrival including milk, biscuits and a homemade cake.
